VarioDetect automatically identifies exceptions as they pass in an aligned stream using intelligent algorithms and 3D camera data. An integrated light barrier monitors gaps between items to ensure precise detection and redirection.

Design

Seamless system integration

Designed for easy integration into existing systems, VarioDetect evaluates the singulated parcel stream and acts as an input for controlling downstream equipment.  

The system transmits information to subsequent handling systems, allowing them to automatically redirect incompatible parcels. A single system includes a camera, installation frame, and an industrial PC, deployable locally or centrally.
