Capabilities
Advanced design & technology
Carrier design: The cross belt has a 700 mm pitch and moves perpendicular to the direction of motion, allowing items to be centered and discharged with high precision.
Induction: VarioInduct Parcel high speed induction loads parcels precisely on the sorter's empty cross-belts. Items can be discharged to different chutes, bags, trays, carts or conveyor lines. This ensures high-speed loading and precise positioning of parcels entering the loop.
Flexible system integration: The mechanical design uses off-the-shelf, industrial-standard components, allowing it to sync with various layouts. Stackable sorters, multiple induction areas, and bypasses are all available to meet specific operational needs.
