PROcLine isolators provide reliable operator and product protection for aseptic filling, lyophilisation, and other processes, supporting safe, GMP-compliant handling of highly potent and toxic pharmaceuticals.

Benefits

Low contamination risk

Maximum product and operator protection

The sealed isolator housing with glove access creates a physical barrier between operator and product, making both the product and the operator safe from hazard.

Product safety

Controlled aseptic conditions

Ensure your products are processed under controlled aseptic conditions, reducing contamination risks for vials, syringes, cartridges and bags.

Regulations

GMP-compliant

Ensure your production processes meet strict pharmaceutical industry standards with a solution designed for aseptic operation and controlled environments.

Customization

Tailored to your needs

Each PROcLine system is individually configured to meet specific customer requirements and production processes.

Decontamination time

FAQs

What’s the difference between the PROLine and the PROcLine?

The main difference is that the PROLine ensures safe product protection in aseptic environments, while the PROcLine is also suitable for high potent active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).

Regarding their technical differences, while the PROLine has a double wall design, returning air via double pane doors and focusing on homogeneous air distribution, the PROcLine has a single wall design, returns air via return air ducts and includes additional filters.

Both systems are GMP-compliant and support filling and freeze dryer loading / unloading. They also offer vH2O2 bio-decontamination, PLC automation, PAS-X integration and a compact footprint design.
