Topload cartoners

Topload cartoners load products into formed cartons from above, allowing precise product placement and gentle handling during the cartoning process. This makes them particularly well suited for sensitive pharmaceutical products and applications where product protection is critical.

They are especially effective for packaging delicate and high-value products such as vials, syringes, injectors, pens, ampoules, and multi-component kits, where careful orientation, secure placement, and reliable product protection are essential.

In addition, top load cartoners offer strong advantages in pharmaceutical production thanks to their format flexibility, modular feeding concepts, fast changeovers, and secure loading processes with post-loading verification. This makes them a highly suitable solution for smaller batch sizes, complex packaging configurations, and applications that require both flexibility and compliance.

Sideload cartoners

Sideload cartoners are built for speed, delivering an efficient operation and excellent integration into automated pharmaceutical packaging lines.

They are the ideal choice for high-volume packaging of blisters, parenterals, medical devices, and other standard pharmaceutical presentations where throughput and consistency are key.

This enables safe and efficient packaging of a broader variety of formats and sensitive pharmaceutical products, including packaging concepts with paper trays.
